High Key & Low Key

High Key lighting is related to the amount of light in a picture that is mostly bright. The background is usually white and in the photo there is a high contrast. High key is also used to create a mood like happiness or in general positive emotions.

Low Key is also related to the light in the picture, but the pictures are darker and the background is black or dark. Low key affects the mood and it conveys drama.
